Problem Note 64660: An "mo_login.sas" error message is displayed in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio after you log on
After you log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the following error message is displayed:
The following SAS code failed to execute:
"mo_login.sas"
Please contact you systems administrator.
Closing the error message does enable you to continue working, and the error message does not reappear unless you log on again.
When this problem occurs, the log for SAS® Marketing Optimization contains the following error:
ERROR: A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or %IF condition
where a numeric operand is required. The condition was:
(%bquote(&username) ne and %bquote(&username) ne &old_username)
ERROR: The macro MO_EDIT_USER will stop executing.
This error occurs when users in SAS® Management Console have display names that contain hyphens or other characters that can be confused with arithmetic operations.
To work around this issue, manually add the %BQUOTE macro variable to the %STR(&OLD_USERNAME) macro variable in the SAS program mo_edit_users.sas , as shown below:
%bquote(%str(&old_username))
If you need assistance making this change, contact SAS Technical Support.
