When you open a report on the Dashboard screen in a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might not be able to select a user filter. A drop-down list to filter a report by user might be empty.

The problem occurs in reports that can be filtered by user data, such as the Model Owner's Snapshot in the MRM Dashboard report in SAS® Model Risk Management. The problem also occurs in the Issue Dashboard in the GCM Dashboard report in SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager.

For example, the drop-down list shown below does not contain the expected list of users:

 

When you open the MRM Dashboard or GCM Dashboard report in SAS® Visual Analytics Designer, you might see a Repair Report window similar to the following:

SAS® Visual Analytics Designer reports a "needs to be repaired" error when you import the MRM Dashboard or GCM Dashboard report. The Model Owner's Snapshot report in SAS® Model Risk Management and the Issue Dashboard report in SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager do not contain user filters.
