The SAS^® Markdown Optimization Markdown Approvals view might show plans as not optimized after the %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service process has run. When this issue occurs, the plans were actually optimized, but DI_TRANS.MDO_PLAN.EVAL_OPT_PROCESS_CD and DI_TRANS.MDO_PLAN.EVAL_OPT_PROCESS_DTTM were not updated. This issue can occur if there are exceptions during the %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service.

To work around this issue, review the MerchIntelGridSvr log file from the last execution of the %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service. Identify and resolve any exception errors and then rerun the %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service.
