Problem Note 64497: Repeated instances of the message "Could not process the script: The object used to call the method is null" appear in CAS logs

A problem related to reading the /proc/cpuinfo file causes the repetition of the following errors in the SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) logs:

ERROR [01434710] cas local MAIN NoUser [rest_tksc.c:182930] - The object used to call the method is null.
ERROR [01434710] cas local MAIN NoUser [rest_tksc.c:182931] - fields=value.split( " " )
ERROR [01434710] cas local MAIN NoUser [httpjcgi.c:1410] - Could not process the script: The object used to call the method is null.

In addition, interfaces that show metrics related to CAS CPUs, such as SAS® Environment Manager and CAS Server Monitor, do not report correct CPU metrics.
