Problem Note 64378: SAS® Risk Governance Framework incorrectly returns an error message when a row in the data loader file exceeds the maximum character limit for a cell

When you load data from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet into a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might incorrectly see the following error:
You might see the error even when each cell in the data loader file contains fewer characters than the maximum character limit. The problem might occur for any content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, such as SAS® Model Risk Management or SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager.
When the data load operation fails with an error, the web application creates a results spreadsheet that contains the failing row. You see this error when the total number of characters for the failing row in the data loader file exceeds the maximum character limit for a cell. The failing row does not fit in a cell of the results spreadsheet.
