Problem Note 64326: The SAS® Customer Intelligence LoadTreatments utility does not populate the "Activation date" and "Expiration date" fields properly as datetime values
When you use the SAS Customer Intelligence LoadTreatments utility, the Activation date and Expiration date datetime values are not properly populated. This problem happens in the following situations:
- If you use a datetime value that is in the DATETIME22.3 format (for example, 01APR2019:00:00:00.000), the Activation date and Expiration date fields are not populated at all.
- If you use a datetime value in the DATE9. format (for example, 29apr2019), the Activation date and Expiration date fields are populated with a value of 12:00 AM by default, depending on the time zone.
However, you can manually set the proper time in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, as shown below:
