Problem Note 64229: You do not see all of the expected buttons when you modify a fully validated incident in SAS® Enterprise GRC
When you modify a fully validated incident in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might see only a subset of the expected buttons on the Incident screen. The problem might occur under the following conditions:
- The Incident Event workflow is set to OFF.
- The configuration property monitor.validation.editorsCanEdit is set to notInProcess.
- The user has not previously been part of the life cycle of this incident, such as creating, investigating, or validating the incident.
The problem occurs after you modify the fully validated incident and click Apply. After clicking Apply, you see only two buttons: Reassign... and Cancel.
Instead, if you click Effects in the left pane to view the lists of effects for the incident, you see all of the expected buttons.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
