Problem Note 64157: PROC S3 operations fail with an exception

If Amazon Web Services (AWS) returns a large number of HTTP headers to Base SAS® in response to an S3 procedure request, the procedure might fail. In this scenario, you see output similar to the following:

ERROR:  An exception has been encountered.
