Problem Note 64044: PROC BGLIMM incorrectly issues "ERROR: All effects from at least one RANDOM statement are not estimable because the design matrix is singular"
PROC BGLIMM might incorrectly detect a singularity if you specify the INTERCEPT (or INT) option in a RANDOM statement. When this problem occurs, the following message is issued in the log:
ERROR: All effects from at least one RANDOM statement are not estimable because the design matrix
is singular. Consider reducing the number of RANDOM statements.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
