Problem Note 64041: The BGLIMM procedure generates incorrect results in random effects or repeated measures models when the data contains missing observations

PROC BGLIMM generates incorrect results when the data contains all missing observations for a subject or group, and any of these conditions are met:
- missing values occur in any of the variables specified in the CLASS, MODEL, RANDOM, or REPEATED statements
- the MISSING=CC option is specified in the PROC BGLIMM statement
- a RANDOM statement or a REPEATED statement is specified
- the RESIDUAL option is specified in a RANDOM statement
