Problem Note 64570: SAS® Visual Investigator alert scenario flows fail, and you see a DataIntegrityViolationException message

When you run scenario flows to generate alerts, the flows might fail intermittently with no obvious cause. In the vsd log, you see a message that is similar to the following:
