Problem Note 64266: An attachment fails to open in SASĀ® Visual Investigator and you see a warning in the datahub log
When you search for an attachment and try to open it, it might fail to open. In your datahub log you see a warning and an exception that is similar to the following:

This issue occurs when you create an entity and you select the Extract attachment content for indexing box. Extracting the content of attachments enables them to appear in searches. However, if a document has been deleted, it can still appear in a search result.
A workaround is to re-index the entity.
