Problem Note 63904: SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Greenplum is not passing a LIMIT option when the OBS= option is defined

In the following DATA step example, an OBS= option can be defined for a query to a database:
data user.limit4;
set sashelp.class (obs=4);
run;
set sashelp.class (obs=4);
run;
In some cases, the resulting code that is passed to the database is not applying a LIMIT option to the statement. By applying the LIMIT option to the passed query, Greenplum might be able to significantly improve query times.
