Problem Note 63871: You see an "Internal Server Error" in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework when you save a business object

When you save a business object in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might see an "Internal Server Error" message. The problem might occur when you edit an object in one browser screen and make changes that affect the object on a secondary browser screen. For example, you might see the error after you add a financial effect to a fully approved incident and then save the incident.
When the problem occurs, the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log contains the following error:

To work around the problem, add the following property to the customMessages.properties file:
rest.client.uiContext.staleSave.txt=The object cannot be saved because it has been changed by another user. Reload the object, apply your changes again and save.
