Problem Note 63863: The Enter key does not execute an <on-change> event in the bottom row of an editable matrix in SAS® Risk Governance Framework

When you specify an <on-change> event in an EditableMatrix component in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you should be able to trigger the <on-change> event by pressing Enter. Instead, when you edit a cell in the bottom row of an editable matrix and press Enter, the web application does not execute the <on-change> event.
