Problem Note 63652: Performance degradation occurs when you load or save campaigns in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

When you open or save campaigns in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, performance might degrade. For example, saving campaigns can take more than five minutes; loading campaigns can take up to thirty minutes.

During these times, the following messages are shown in the SASCustIntelCore6.x log file, when the tracing level is set to High:

Typically these Time taken to getDiagramModel: steps should only take milliseconds (for example, running time (millis)=4).

Depending on your environment, these performance delays might occur when the system is under heavy load (with more than 50 users logged in) and you execute more than 100 campaigns at the same time.
