Problem Note 63464: Performance problems might occur when the JSON LIBNAME engine reads a large JSON file

When a large JSON file that has a nonregular structure is read, the JSON LIBNAME engine might not perform as expected.
However, reading a file that is smaller in size and has the same structure type does not cause any issue.
If reading a larger JSON file causes a performance issue, the CPU usage will continue to increase until the job is either stopped or allowed to complete.
