In SAS Visual Analytics, key value objects might display incorrect values. This issue can happen if you remove or replace data items used in the key value object. Rather than replacing or removing the data items from the object, SAS Visual Analytics adds them to the existing data items. In addition, the Roles pane does not show all of the data items that are being used in the object.
For example, here are two key value objects. The first shows Frequency by Origin and the second shows Frequency by Type.
If you replace the Origin category in the first key value object with Type, the Frequency does not match the second key value object, even though they use the same category.
This occurs because Origin is not actually replaced by Type. In this case, the Frequency value displayed in the first key value object is based on both Origin and Type, even though only Type appears in the object and on the Roles pane.
As a workaround, recreate the key value object from scratch.
