Problem Note 63212: The CI_PACKAGE_X_TREATMENT table becomes locked in Teradata during the DS2 contact-history process

When you use the DS2 contact-history processes with a Teradata common data model (CDM) in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, the CI_PACKAGE_X_TREATMENT table becomes locked. This issue causes subsequent inserts to be blocked, and database inserts might appear to be in a waiting state.
