Problem Note 63123: Creating assignments interactively with the client GUI can fail with the error "Missing messages key 'E_ASSIGNMENT_FORWARD_DIRECTION_ONLY.txt'"

A user can click the arrowhead icon next to an account name to create valid assignments. However, an issue occurs in a model created in SAS® Cost and Profitability Management with three or more user-defined (not standard activity-based management) modules. The issue occurs for intramodule assignments as well as cross-module assignments.
After the user clicks to create the assignment, the action fails to create the assignment and returns the following error:
The error is caused by the validation of the creation of the assignment. During the validation, an incorrect property is compared. The issue can occur for modules that are nonconsecutive.
