Problem Note 63683: A job flow instance uses incorrect input data

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS® Regulatory Risk Management, when you launch a job flow that runs in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management, the job flow instance might retrieve input data from the incorrect location.

For example, suppose that you perform the following steps:

  1. In SAS Regulatory Risk Management, launch a script that runs the "Pillar 1 Calculations" job flow in SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management.
  2. After a successful execution, edit the instance. In the data set RRM_CFG.CRM_Allocation_Options, change the value of the variable MITIGANTS_ALLOCATION_METHOD from "OPTIMAL" to "BY_RANK".
  3. Save the instance, which triggers a rerun of the instance.

In the example above, instead of using the newly specified "BY_RANK" method, the job flow instance might continue to use the "OPTIMAL" method.

There is an issue in SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management that occurs in the Windows operating environment in which SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management misreads the file paths that are specified in the IRM Mid-Tier Server Properties that are in SAS® Management Console. As a result, a job flow instance can utilize input data from an incorrect file location.
