Problem Note 63174: A correct null value is not returned after you use the GETDOUBLE method with a DS2 SQLSTMT package

After you fetch data with the GETDOUBLE method for a SQLSTMT package, a returned value is incorrect when the correct value should be null.
An error similar to the following appears in the SAS® log:
ERROR: Indicator value out of range column-name
However, the GETDOUBLE method works without issues when you fetch data after binding variables with the BINDRESULTS method.
