Problem Note 62992: Column names for report tables are displayed incorrectly for SAS® Qualitative Assessment Manager

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

You can define labels for field names in SAS Qualitative Assessment Manager by specifying properties in the customMessages.properties file. When you view report tables in SAS® Visual Analytics, you should see the customized label names used as the column headings. Instead, the table column headings might be the field names that are defined in the database.

The problem might also occur in SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager, SAS® Qualitative Assessment Manager, SAS® Credit Assessment Manager, or SAS® Personal Data Compliance Manager.

The problem occurs when the encoding for the customMessages.properties file or one of the language-specific customMessages_xx.properties files is incorrect.

To work around the problem, download the properties file from the WebDAV repository. Using a text editor such as Notepad++, edit the file and change the encoding to Unix(LF). Upload the modified file to the WebDAV repository. and run the ETL job to reload the data into memory in LASR.
