Problem Note 62980: An error occurs when a Self Learner process that uses identifiers fails to retrain in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager

When you use SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, attempting to retrain a Self Learner process that contains identifiers fails. When the failure occurs, the following error is displayed in the SAS® Customer Intelligence core log:

Check the Design Server is started and that the correct Design Server URL is specified in your configuration.
