Problem Note 62623: A Gantt chart shows an incorrect color for a successful campaign on the Execution Page in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you can view a scheduled campaign in a Gantt chart from the Execution page.
However, the data point color in the Gantt chart might be incorrect for a scheduled campaign that has executed successfully.
For example, if a scheduled campaign previously executes successfully, the color of the data point might be purple, which indicates that the status is Sent to Scheduler. The correct color of the data point should be green, which indicates that the status is Successful.
This problem occurs when a campaign uses a schedule with no end date or maximum number of occurrences. To work around this issue, create a campaign schedule with an end date or a maximum number of occurrences (for example, five occurrences).
