Problem Note 62572: An error occurs when using a dictionary view in a DATA step with a WHERE statement that contains the IN operator

An error similar to "Error: sqxexpr: opcode 251 not implemented" occurs under the following conditions:
- You use a dictionary view in a DATA step.
- You use a WHERE statement containing the IN operator.
The error might be repeated multiple times in the SAS® log.
To work around the issue, do one of the following:
- Use the SQL procedure.
- Use an IF statement instead of a WHERE statement.
- Use SAS data sets or SQL views that do not reference dictionary tables.
