Problem Note 62558: SAS® Home fails to load with "HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error"

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

SAS Home requires a hot fix to work with the release of the SAS® Web Application Server that is delivered with SAS® 9.4_M5. The hot fix should be installed automatically when you install SAS 9.4_M5. If, for some reason, the hot fix is not installed, SAS Home displays HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error when you attempt to log on. When this occurs, the SASVisualAnalyticsHub.log contains errors that are similar to these:

VAT ERROR [Thread-67] 2018-06-05 22:40:07,611 [unknown:unknown] com.sas.onebi.transportservices.listener.ContextListener$ThreadedInit - Error initializing Bird Providers - java.lang.IllegalStateException: Time out initializing property manager.
