Problem Note 62284: SAS® Pack Optimization might generate "ERROR: Error in table REQ_PACK. SKU ID XXX found in PACK ID; XXX is not a valid sku in the request."

In SAS Pack Optimization, the following error might occur during purchase order optimization.
Purging Model Members might cause data synchronicity issues with REQ_PACK & REQ_MODEL_MEMBER_SIZE tables, and might generate the following error messages during Purchase Order Optimization:
ERROR: Error in table REQ_PACK. SKU ID XXX found in PACK ID; XXX is not a valid sku in the request.
The error occurs due to data synchronicity issue between the REQ_PACK and REQ_MODEL_MEMBER_SIZE tables. After purging, some model members or their children might not be deleted because a purchase order still uses the product.
There is no workaround for this issue other than manually fixing the plans.
