Problem Note 62133: SAS® Central might not be displayed when running the SAS® Add-In for Outlook on Windows 10
When using SAS Add-In for Microsoft Outlook on a Windows 10 operating system, SAS Central might not be displayed when selected. When you select SAS Central in the SAS ribbon, Outlook does not return a response or the SAS Central panel.
To circumvent this issue, the following registry key must be modified:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security
Set this key to the following:
EnableRoamingFolderHomepages = 1
Note: The numerical value in the registry key path, 16.0, might need to be modified to match the version of Office that you are running. The 16.0 value corresponds to Office 2016. The value 15.0 corresponds to Office 2013, and so on.
SAS Add-In 8.1 for Microsoft Outlook no longer uses the SAS Central dialog box, so this is not a problem starting in release 8.1. The problem was fixed in a hot fix for release 7.15 of the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Outlook.
