Problem Note 62886: A DS2 program that is run locally can return an incorrect result when the BY variable length is greater than 127 bytes

When you run a DS2 program through the SAS® In-Database Code Accelerator, all rows of data are not returned under these conditions:
- The thread program runs inside the database.
- The data program runs locally.
- The length of the BY variable is greater than 127 bytes.
When the length of the BY variable is greater than 127 bytes, the results do not match results that are produced from running the program inside the database.
DS2 programs are set to run locally in either of these ways:
- specifying DS2ACCEL=NO in a PROC DS2 statement
- specifying the DS2ACCEL=NONE system option
