Problem Note 62129: SAS® Visual Investigator does not print templates correctly when you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer

When you attempt to print a print template, SAS Visual Investigator might incorrectly print a blank page or the object page instead of the expected print template. This issue occurs when you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

To work around the problem, use one of the following methods:

Verify That the Update Is Installed

To complete this process, make sure that the package version that is shown in the rpm output either matches or is newer than 6.4.16 or 7.1.56 with the following command:

rpm -qi sas-svi-visual-investigator
