When you attempt to print a print template, SAS Visual Investigator might incorrectly print a blank page or the object page instead of the expected print template. This issue occurs when you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

To work around the problem, use one of the following methods:

• Export the print template to PDF format, and then print it.
• Use the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Verify That the Update Is Installed
