Problem Note 62123: Child entity data might not be saved when a workflow is configured to write to parent entity fields
If you create a new object that contains data in parent entity fields and child entities are present, the child entity data might not be saved.
This problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Set up an internal entity with text fields and a child entity.
- Set up a workflow for this entity that is configured to write to one of the parent entity fields.
- As a user, create a new object with data in parent entity fields and a few child entities.
- Save the object. When the workflow starts, the child entity data is not displayed in the child object viewer and the data is not saved in the database.
