When trying to run report jobs or exception jobs on a Windows multi-tiered SSL environment, you might receive errors similar to the following:
You encounter these errors when the client tier is on a different Windows machine than the server tier and middle tier. This problem occurs only post-deployment.
To work around this issue, you must import the root and intermediate certificates on to the Windows machine for the server tier. For details about importing the certificates on the server tier, reference the Microsoft TechNet article, "Importing a wildcard certificate into the Personal store for the local computer."
