Problem Note 61900: The Task List for an incident validator in SAS® Enterprise GRC displays a misleading activity category for an incident

When an incident has been submitted for validation, the risk validator should see the incident listed in the following category in the Task List:
Incidents I need To Validate (Risk Validation) or Return
Instead, the validator might incorrectly see the incident in the following category in the Task List:
Incidents I Am Waiting for Others to Validate (Risk Validation)
This problem occurs when the validator appears in both the Management Validation Stage and the Risk Validation Stage for the incident.
