Problem Note 61794: SAS® Model Manager gives "macro ... cannot be executed when SAS is in the lockdown state ..." errors when performing common tasks

In SAS Model Manager, errors might occur when it performs common tasks.
Here is an example of an error when you try to add a file to a model:
ERROR: The macro "MM_ADDMODELFILE" cannot be executed when SAS is in the lockdown state.
MLOGIC(MM_CHECK_LOCKDOWN): %ABORT
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
MLOGIC(MM_CHECK_LOCKDOWN): %ABORT
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
Here is an example of an error when you try to retrain a model:
ERROR: The macro "MM_MODEL_RETRAIN" cannot be executed when SAS is in the lockdown state.
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
