Problem Note 61769: You receive an error when you search for a communication definition in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
You might receive this error message when you are searching for communication definitions and you are using the Hierarchy view in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio:
An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
TypeError: Error #1010
This error does not happen in other work spaces in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
To work around this problem, search for communication definitions using the Grid view or the Detail view. If you have already received the error, you might have to sign out and then sign back in to search for communication definitions by using the Grid or Detail views.
