Problem Note 61613: SAS® Home might display "possible scripting detected in input" during login
You might see the following error when you attempt to log on to the modern version of SAS Home (the default):
An error occurred during service request.
Service: userService/getUserDisplayNames >> ERROR
Error: The "ERROR" response code was received. >> possible scripting detected in input
This error can occur if your user ID contains parentheses. For example, your ID is sasdemo(1).
This problem has been reported in release 7.3 at Hot Fix 10 and release 7.4 at Hot Fix 5. It might occur with other hot fix releases.
As a workaround, do not use parentheses in the user IDs.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
