Problem Note 61512: Logon-manager issues and errors occur when the SAS® 360 Discover CXT extract, transform, and load (ETL) cxt_1000_pre_extract job fails
For new installations of SAS® Customer Intelligence 360 that contain the on-premises version of SAS 360 Discover, logon-manager issues occur with the SAS 360 Discover Customer Experience Targeting (CXT) ETL process. When this problem occurs, the following errors are displayed in the CXT ETL cxt_1000_pre_extract job:

To resolve this issue, add the macros that are found on the Downloads tab in this note to the uCmacros location of your environment. After you add the macros, your system will no longer experience the failure in the SAS 360 Discover CXT ETL job.
