Problem Note 61437: Export definitions for email broadcasts do not display in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio when your domain contains a hyphen
Export definitions for email broadcasts might not be visible in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. The problem occurs when you log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio with a user ID that has a domain containing a hyphen (-).
Example of a domain with a hyphen:
my-domain/sasdemo
If you then create a new email broadcast and open the Recipient List page, the list of export definitions is not displayed when you click the Export Definition drop-down list. The error message, No export definitions are available is displayed.
A possible workaround is to set up the user account in the format sasdemo@my-domain.
