Problem Note 61358: When printing, SAS® Visual Analytics might display an HTTP 500 error for reports that use IF\ELSE MISSING comparison operators

The following error might occur in SAS Visual Analytics when you print to PDF a report that contains a custom graph and a calculated measure:

HTTP Status 500 - Error executing print request - jobId=953c011f-fd71-40ea-984c-d6d308259421 (Reason : Operation Failed)

Specifically, this problem can occur under the following conditions:

The custom graph uses the following roles: Category, Measure, Target, and Group.
The calculated measure contains IF\ELSE Missing.

To avoid this problem, you can modify the calculated measure and replace missing with zero, as shown in the following display:

* For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be fixed.
