Problem Note 60985: Loading rule sets in SAS® Business Rules Manager takes excessive time
When loading rule sets in SAS Business Rules Manager, you might encounter a delay (example: 20 seconds or more). The problem occurs when loading rule sets that contain 100 or more rules.
