In SAS Size Profiling, overrides to Profiling Project Properties for Prepare Size Sets and Generate Profiles might not be saved.  This issue occurs if you select No in the Confirm Profiling Activities window​​.  The overrides are ignored and values revert to the default parameter values for your environment.  Overrides to Profiling Project Properties for Generate Store Groups are saved. 

The workaround to this issue is to select Yes in the Confirm Profiling Activities window and execute the tasks right away.
