Problem Note 60751: Adobe Reader generates an 'Out of memory' dialog box when you open an ODS PDF file that was created with PDFSECURITY=HIGH or PDFSECURITY=LOW

Adobe Reader might generate an "Out of memory" dialog box when you try to open an ODS PDF file that was created successfully with SAS® without any error messages in the SAS log. The file opens after you enter the requested password in the dialog box, but the file is blank.
This issue occurs when both of the following are true:
- The PDFSECURITY system option is set to LOW or HIGH.
- A PREIMAGE, POSTIMAGE, or BACKGROUNDIMAGE option is used in PROC TEMPLATE or an inline style specification.
