Problem Note 60734: SAS® Object Spawners crash intermittently in a grid environment when using grid-launched workspace servers with Kerberos authentication
A SAS Object Spawner might crash intermittently in a grid environment when using grid-launched workspace servers with Kerberos authentication.
When the issue occurs, the Object Spawner console log contains the following errors:
ERROR: The system has encountered an unhandled Exception.
: Please contact technical support and provide them
: with the following traceback and system dump information:
ABORT: SAS/TK is aborting
: Abort Log file [tk.reportlog.11792]
: ---------------------------------------
: Time [5/05/2017 12:54:26 PM]
: ---------------------------------------
: Thread Name [Grid Job Status Thread]
Note: The above errors might appear in the tk.reportlog.xxxxx file that is created in the /Lev/ObjectSpawner directory.
