In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench (formerly known as SAS^® Stress Testing Workbench), when you open a project that uses a process definition spreadsheet that specifies multiple work groups for a task, you are not able to see that task, even if you are a member of one or more of those work groups.

This issue occurs because the list of work groups in the ROLE column for a given task is not properly parsed when the process definition spreadsheet is imported. Instead, the entire list is read in as a single work group.  Because of this, you might also see the following error message when importing a process definition spreadsheet:

The maximum length for one work group is 64 characters.  However, when parsing fails and all work groups for a task are read in as a single work group, the maximum length can easily be exceeded, even if all individual work groups are fewer than 64 characters.
