Problem Note 60650: You cannot save SAS® Enterprise Guide® projects that are opened by another user in "Read-only" mode

When you try to save a SAS Enterprise Guide project that is currently opened by another user in Read-only mode, SAS Enterprise Guide returns this error:
This is a known problem. As a workaround, you can save the SAS Enterprise Guide project with a different name by selecting File ► Save As. Alternatively, you can save the project after the other user closes it, thereby removing the lock.
