Problem Note 60451: Incorrect dates are exported when you have multiple treatments with custom date fields that share the same tag
When multiple treatments contain custom date fields that share the same tag, the values are concatenated into a single field when the date fields are referenced in an export definition. However, when the treatment is exported, incorrect dates are displayed.
For example, this problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Define three treatments (Treatment1, Treatment2, and Treatment3) that contain custom date fields of type Day. The three fields each have the tag TreatmentDate, and they contain the following dates: Feb 1, 2017, Mar 5, 2017, and Apr 12, 2017.
- Create a campaign diagram that references these treatments.
- Export the TreatmentDate tag.
After you execute the diagram, the TreatmentDate field in the export file should contain these dates:
'01FEB2017 05MAR2017 12APR2017'
Instead, you see incorrect dates in the export file, as shown in the following example:
'03JAN1960 24MAY1962 03JAN1960'
This problem occurs only when the separator for treatment values in the environment variables is set to Tab. To work around the problem, set the separator to Comma.
