Problem Note 60438: Running an HP Forest scoring task fails, and "ERROR: Physical file does not exist, fitstats.xml" is displayed
In SAS® Model Manager, executing a scoring task for an HP Forest model fails. The following error is displayed in the corresponding SAS log file.
ERROR: Physical file does not exist, fitstats.xml
This issue is caused by the model template HPForestEMSpkPrediction.xml that is installed with SAS Model Manager.
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
- On the middle-tier machine, go to the directory config/Lev#/Web/Utilities and execute either DAVTree.bat (Windows) or DAVTree.sh (UNIX).
- Click File ► Open, and enter the following in the Url field: http://<host>:<port>/SASContentServer/repository/default
- When prompted, use the sasadm@saspw account to log on.
- Expand to ModelManager ► ConfigTemplates ► modelTemplates. Right-click HPForestEMSpkPrediction.xml and invoke Edit.
- Locate the line that starts with <File name="fitstats.xml".Delete download="Y". Click the Save button at the bottom.
- Restart SASSever11.
- Re-run your scoring task.
