Problem Note 60432: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio displays the incorrect time when you change the Time value manually in the custom details
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the Time value that is used in the custom details is incorrect when you change the time manually. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a communication definition, a campaign definition, or a treatment that has either a Time or a Date & Time custom detail.
- Create a campaign using these definitions and assign the treatment.
- Add or change the time by manually entering a new time value. (Do not use the calendar icon.)
- Click Update.
When you click Update, the time is displayed immediately, and it is one hour earlier than the value that you entered.
In this situation, the Preview Export view and the exported file also contain the incorrect time value.
As a workaround, use the calendar icon to change the time instead of changing it manually.
