Problem Note 60247: Groups that are added to the Campaign Permissions list on a campaign's Definitions tab are missing after promotion
In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, groups that are added to a Campaign Permissions list (on a campaign's Definitions tab) are missing after promotion. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Add some groups to the Campaign Permissions list on a campaign's Definitions tab, as shown below:
- In SAS® Management Console, create an SPK file and export the campaign definition.
- Import the campaign definition to the target environment. Once you do this step, the groups do not appear in the Campaign Permissions list, as shown below.
This problem happens for all campaign definitions, regardless of whether the definition has an Approval step or an Optimization step enabled.
There is no workaround for this problem other than to re-add the groups in the target environment.
